Troubleshooting Gemini Fixtures
Common issues and how to address them
These are some common issues and how to troubleshoot them quickly.
The latest firmware (E1) makes extensive use of the [System → System Info] menu to display a number of Warning and Fault codes for troubleshooting and tech support actions. See the full System Fault Codes article for details.
Issue | Power/Status Indicator | What does it Mean | Action Required |

There is no light output | Green Solid on | Fixture is operating normally | Adjust DIM knob to change brightness. When received DMX input, DIM knob is inactive. |
There is no light output in Manual Mode | Green Solid on | Check you are not in Blackout Mode | If the DIM is grayed out in the LCD display, press &hold the DIM knob to disable Blackout mode. |
Power/Status Indicator flashes green when fixture is powered on | Green flashes | Fixture is operating normally | Take no action. The green flashing stops shortly after the fixture has been powered on. |
Light turns off | Red solid on | Input Over/Under Voltage Fault | Turn fixture off; change power source. |
Light is On | Red Flashes | Input Under Voltage Warning | Change power source. |
Light is On | Red Flashes | Over Temperature Warning | Turn the dimmer down to 0% and allow the fixture to cool. Check fan and vents. |
Light turns off | Red Flashes | Over Temperature Fault | Turn the dimmer down to 0% and allow the fixture to cool. Check fan and vents. |
Light intensity is decreased by 50% | Green solid on | Fan is OFF or under DMX control | Change fan setting, if desired (Auto is default) |
Light intensity is decreased by 50% | Red Flashes | Fan is malfunctioning | Check the fan for stoppage or blockage. Replace fan module if fan is permanently disabled. |
