Comms Modules
Comms Modules plug into the expansion port on the back of the Astra IP for additional control options. There are two versions of Comms Modules which provide additional input options.
DMX Comms Module adds 5-Pin XLR and RJ45 In and Out ports. The ports are passive, which means DMX will flow through the module even if the light is off. See the DMX module >Here<.
DMX Comms Plus provides networking protocols in addition to wired DMX input. Receive sACN & ArtNet on the RJ45 ports which act as a 2-port switch. This module also includes Lumenradio's TimoTwo chip for Wireless DMX and CRMX BLE protocols.
